the beautiful and high quality marquise-cut topaz gemstones, each measure approximately 4 x 2.0mm and weigh a substantial combined approximate total of 0.6cts. They have been cleverly end claw-set, around a single real and natural claw-set, round brilliant-cut diamond gemstone, measuring 1.0mm in diameter and weighing a 0.005cts or 0.5 points. The pendant measures approximately 20 x 10mm.
