the beautiful, real and natural oval cabochon-cut opal gemstone, has been cleverly claw-set, measures 6 x 4.0mm and weighs a substantial approximate 0.3cts. It sits inside and slightly above 16 round brilliant-cut and claw-set near colourless diamonds, each measuring 1.0mm in diameter and weighing a substantial combined approximate total of 0.08cts or 8 points. All in solid 9ct white gold.
